The cave room provides a unique atmosphere that feels

authentic and cozy. I appreciated the quietness for a good night's sleep, and the friendly staff made every effort to accommodate our needs, especially during breakfast. However, the bathroom could benefit from better ventilation.

slow wifi

water supply

considering the charm of this hotel, it’s a shame that the wifi was painfully slow and the water supply was turned off while my wife felt like she was bathing in soap. i also expected a welcome gift, or at least someone to acknowledge my presence with more than just a nod. i just couldn't feel special here.

Positive, I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast served right at our table. The staff were super helpful, especially with arranging the hot air balloon and local tours. The cave room was spacious and clean, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Family with children friendly place

We had this customized hot air balloon package , the experience was lovely and the views were amazing. Also , the staff helped us plan our Red Tour & ATV tour which was thrilling and made our stay even better.

It wasn't cheap for the stay , but what we got was acceptable.

The spacious Family Studio delivered a cozy vibe, complemented by very clean surroundings. Breakfast was always sumptuous, with a variety of options that catered to our vegetarian preferences. the chefs were exceptionally attentive. However, inconsistent Wi-Fi was a setback, and the bathroom could use better ventilation for comfort.
